Building muscle on a tight budget and a busy schedule can feel impossible but it isn’t.
In fact, lack of time is one of the most common excuses for not training
The good news is that it takes very little time to actually perform a workout that can deliver results. You don’t need to spend lots on gym memberships and expensive equipment.
Many people have used as little as single-set training systems to build an incredible body.
A single hard set taken near to failure will deliver enough stimuli to the working muscles to stimulate growth.
You can do this across your basic calisthenic template of push, pull, and legs performing just one single set of each every day.
Through the course of the week done daily, this is 7 sets per body part which is enough to trigger growth response.
This works really well when time is an issue!
My personal preference is 2-3 sets per movement, however, performing too many sets will make it harder to recover so more sets do not = more growth!
If you are on a tight schedule like most busy guys are simply knock out a single hard set of pushes, pulls, and legs each training day
No more skipping workouts due to time constraints.
As long as you stay consistent with it long term you will get results.
