2. YOU HAVE TO DO A LOT OF AB EXERCISES
I have bad news for you – Doing crunches all day won’t make your belly shrink. You can’t reduce fat in one area. Do not fall for any ab belts etc!
Abs are made through good quality nutrition
In terms of the training, you should focus more on compound movements in a progressive manner.
3. STOP EATING CARBS
Eating carbs doesn’t make you gain fat.
Eating too many calories makes you gain fat.
Carbs have many benefits.
They can help you get better sleep and they provide fuel for your workouts!
4. CRUNCHES WILL GIVE YOU A SIX PACK
Core work is important but crunches will not help you lose belly fat.
